It was very hard, but I definitely utilized Tumblr as a tool to keep me on track. The inspiring photos and the personal posts from other girls on the same journey can really help you keep focus, and of course just reminding yourself of the end result. It’s the hardest when you aren’t seeing results quickly, but you just have to remind yourself that as long as you keep putting in the effort by working out and eating healthy, the results will come. maybe not tomorrow, but they WILL come. I had and somewhat still do have a very bad relationship with food, I eat when bored or sad etc. And I always tell people that if I could stick to this, then anyone can. Good luck and stay strong!
