I’ve been pigging out this weekend. Ate candy & ice cream. And spaghetti. No bueno. I’ve been consistent with my workouts though, so hopefully I can maintain my weight, even if I’m not losing. I just don’t want to gain any weight!

One of those days
Even though I ran for 40mins and did situps already today, I feel so out of shape & not happy with my body. Even after I measured my waist this morning & it’s down two inches. Blahhhhh, I guess it’s just one of those days.
I had a 30inch waist about a week and a half ago, now I’m down to 28!!!
I just ate a low-carb burger from Carl’s Jr and it was amazing. I didn’t get cheese, ketchup, or mayo on it. Just tomatoes, pickles, onions, & mustard. I love burgers and they taste even better without the bread masking the meat’s flavor.

Most recent pic is this last one…. are those hip bones I see?! Of course, it’s only cuz I’m lying down but there was a point in my life where they weren’t even visible laying down. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come :D

Just went on an AMAZING run. My music was having me so pumped up I felt like I was Rocky running around my fucking city. LOL. Man, it’s crazy how when I first got out there, I didn’t want to be running AT ALL. But five minutes in, I remember how much I love the feeling, then I never wanna stop!!! Lol.
